Great location followed by amazing customer service!

By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot for work! Room was very spacious! Staff were very friendly! The gym was probably one of the best gyms I have ever been to! I also had the best massage of my life at Bangkok spa! Both my partner and I loved our massages and their customer service! The location is brilliant and close to many shopping malls! The one thing I would say is that the lounge could do some vegetarian options! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Never disappoints

I enjoyed my stay and would 100% recommend Pathumwan Princess to anyone who likes to shop, do spa treatments. I’ve been visiting for many years and it never disappoints. The staff are top level, the rooms are spacious, clean and beds very comfortable.

Excellent Hotel Highly Recommend

Excellent Hotel incredible reception service the staff throughout the hotel we’re amazing and extremely helpful. For us The Hotel was 5 star the restaurants bar, swimming pool and spa are fabulous we ate in the restaurants and had room service and the food was great. The concierge service was excellent and they book tours as well which is great. Location wise you walk through a doorway to MBK and then through to Siam Discovery it’s fantastic for shopping and access to the malls restaurants but also not far from the rest of the city. The room was large clean modern and spacious. I highly recommend Pathumwan Princess
